Project Commencement: Kent Removals & Storage
We’re pleased to mark the start of works for Kent, at their Launceston facility.
Located on a 6,848m² site at Prospect, the project includes refurbishment of the existing warehouse and office, construction of a new awning and outdoor lunch area, and full site upgrades to fencing, lighting, and services. Significant hardstand works are also underway to support secure and efficient container storage.
We’re pleased to partner with Hobart Airport as client to deliver a new distribution centre for incoming tenant Inghams Group Limited.
The facility has been designed to support chilled and frozen storage, high-volume logistics and expansion of their operations, right here in the heart of Tasmania. We’re now moving into the detailed design phase and look forward to starting on site soon!
With just over 14,000m² of ambient and temperature-controlled storage space delivered for Cherry Hill Coolstores to date, Stage 1 of their next expansion is now underway.
This 2,460m² facility continues the partnership, purpose-built to enhance operational flow, peak-season capacity and long-term flexibility.

Project GRASP is officially underway at Bejo’s Cressy site, marking a significant step for the local seed production industry. The development will expand Bejo’s storage and processing capabilities, improving efficiency and supporting future growth.
Since early planning began in 2022, the Bejo project team has worked closely with the Bison team to shape a facility tailored to their needs, including advanced seed drying systems and increased local storage capacity.
With civil works set to begin, the project is now moving from planning to construction. The collaboration between Bejo and Bison has laid strong foundations for the successful delivery of this purpose-built facility.
